The Pelion Office Building, also known as Baltic Pointe, is a 5-story Mass Timber Building that contains 70 BRBs. Baltic Pointe was the first Mass Timber commercial building in Utah and has influenced the construction of many more throughout the state. Baltic Pointe is estimated to be 52% more energy efficient than a regular office building. The BRBs are located on the building’s perimeters allowing for a more flexible office space and for daylight and spectacular views to be seen through the windows.
